An escape room (or escape game) is a real-life adventure game that players have a set amount of time to find their way out of.
Will anyone else be in our room?
No. All bookings at Escape 808 Aberdeen are private bookings and only your group will be in the room.
How long does a game last for?
Each game lasts for approximately 90-minutes unless otherwise specified. This includes up to 10 minutes for your briefing and to allow time to store any coats or valuables.
Can we bring infants to the escape room?
Yes, we do not mind if you need to bring your child - many babies have happily slept through their parents trying to escape! We do not charge for children under the age of 6 as they may not be able to participate and join in as much. Children aged 6 and above are charged as a standard player
Can I play if I feel under the weather?
To continue to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible, we ask that you do not attend if you or anyone in your household are displaying any known symptoms of COVID-19. Our cancellation policy remains that you can reschedule your booking online up to 48 hours before your game play slot.
What do I need to bring and what should I wear?
There are no specific requirements on what to bring as everything you need will be supplied. We would recommend you wear comfortable shoes and clothing you can move freely in.
Is it possible to make a corporate booking?
Absolutely! Get in touch via email or give us a call and we’ll arrange an escape experience that’ll be a team building event to remember.
What age range is the Junior Party Package for?
We normally recommend our junior package for kids between the ages of 9 and 15. Although we know kids don't usually want any parents tagging along, we would normally recommend this when the group is between the ages of 9 and 10. Up to 2 adults can accompany the group without charge in addition to the 8 included in the package.
